Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 19 March 2026

1. Booking Advance

All booking advances are strictly non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

3. Client Cancellation

No refund will be issued for cancellations initiated by the client.

4. Company Cancellation

In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be provided.

5. Delays

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
